• Email address — when you join the waitlist, take the quiz, start the 7-day challenge, or sign the pledge. Used to send you the blueprint, the daily signal, and book launch information.
• Quiz answers — which pillar you identify with. Used only to personalise your experience and send you relevant content. Never shared externally.
• Usage data — pages visited, time on site, scroll depth, clicks. Collected anonymously via Google Analytics (if you accept cookies) to improve the site. No personal data is attached to this.
• Technical data — browser type, device type, approximate country. Used only for site performance optimisation.
• Pledge name — stored in your browser only (localStorage). We never receive or store this on our servers.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To send you the SOULMAN blueprint, daily signals, and book launch communications
• To personalise your experience based on your pillar result
• To send you the 7-day crossing challenge if you requested it
• To improve the website and content based on anonymous usage patterns
• To notify you when the book launches

We will never use your information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose you did not consent to.

• Formspree — processes email form submissions. Data is transmitted securely and subject to Formspree's Privacy Policy.
• Google Analytics 4 — anonymous usage analytics. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy. Active only with your consent.

• Hostinger — website hosting. Subject to Hostinger's Privacy Policy.

8. Data Retention

We retain your email address and pillar data for as long as you are subscribed to SOULMAN communications. If you unsubscribe or request deletion, your data is removed within 30 days.

9. International Transfers

SOULMAN is a global movement. Your data may be processed in countries outside your own, including the United States. Where this occurs, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

10. Children's Privacy

SOULMAN is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, contact us immediately and we will delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the movement grows. When we do, the "Last updated" date at the top changes and we notify subscribers by email. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
