I build a workout playlist with songs and movie scenes from my past that trigger all my deepest trauma, pain, and joy; from childhood until now. I open myself completely, feel every emotion without hiding. The music takes me back to the younger me who couldn't handle those feelings. I use this as training: transforming all that heavy past pain and trauma into pure, unstoppable positive energy to build a strong, vibrant physique. This routine unconsciously trains my mind to convert every pain, obstacle, and negative force that hits me into fuel, pure positive energy to achieve everything I want.
What I Eat: My body becomes what it can absorb
Nutrition Plan (2–3 meals per day with 14+ hour fasting)
Rest Days: Organic lean protein + blueberries and strawberries for most meals. Only one meal includes complex carbs.
Training Days: Lean protein + complex carbs in 2 meals to support energy and recovery.
I rarely exceed 2–3 meals per day and maintain at least 14 hours of fasting daily.
